Current Opportunity

Painters & Decorators

  • Full-time, permanent position starting from £17.50 per hour
  • Consistent work available across London
  • 10-hour shifts, Monday to Friday with weekend availability
  • Immediate start available
  • Expected hours: 10-70 per week


Requirements:

Administration Assistant

Job description
With a team of over 150 skilled decorators and eight specialised spray teams, we bring unmatched expertise to your most ambitious office projects. From eco-friendly materials to efficient processes, we’re not just transforming spaces—we’re helping shape commercial environments for the future.
 
Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a background in administration? We’re looking for aPart-Time Administration Assistantto support our growing team. Experience within theconstruction industryis preferred, though we’re open to strong candidates with relevant administrative backgrounds.
 
Part-Time Administration Assistant
Salary & Travel Negotiable
Location: London Wall Office (In-Person)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing day-to-day administrative and office support
  • Creating and updating Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
  • Compiling and maintaining O&M Manuals
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Setting up and managing project documentation for site teams
  • Keeping project files updated throughout the project lifecycle
  • Tracking and recording subcontractor holiday requests
  • Maintaining subcontractor training certification records
  • Collating and submitting weekly timesheets and site returns
  • Supporting Senior Contract Managers with general administrative duties


Requirements

  • At least 1 year of administration experience (construction industry preferred)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with construction software (advantageous, not essential)
  • Exceptional organisation and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
